Saleh: Project to delete the three zeroes from the currency needs 2-3 years to implement « The Currency Newshound
My interpretation of this article is that the project will take 2-3 years in order to complete pulling the high denoms out of circulation. However, the initial processes which we are waiting for, can happen at any time.
