Baghdad (NINA) – Leaders of political blocs took a break after ending the first part of their meeting on Tuesday evening, Aug. 2, to resume the meeting afterward.
Informed source from inside the meeting told NINA, “Issues discussed before the break were nominating Sadoun al-Dulaimi for the post of Defence Minister and the future of American forces in Iraq.”
The source refused to give details on both issues, except Maliki’s insistence on nominating Sadoun Dulaimi for Defence Minister. / End.
