- On Tuesday....Obama congratulated the Iraqi Parliament and Political leaders for forming their Govn't, this was a BIG article listing all the positions, minister positions, govn't etc etc as completed and Govn't formed......so it was all done, way back there.......This was written Dec 1st of 2010
- Last Tuesday May 24/11 Erbil agreement was voted in!
- Maliki & Alwi...now getting along & have come to an agreement

We are just about done!!
- No...we are NOT looking another year....No....because.......they need to open their budget!!!!!!
- In 2009 they opened their budget in Mid June....so this is likely what they will do this year.
- They ( other countries ) wouldn't be loaning them money if the budget wasn't going to open.....otherwise how would they get paid.
- NO! it's not going to go another year.....they are actually well past the time when they were supposed to do this.....
- Bottom line is they could physically get to the end of June if they really pushed it. Randy says he knows they are getting close to announcing this thing.
- Every day they go into June creates that much more stress for them to do it....every day into June is so painful for them...the Iraqi people.
- The US pressed pretty hard last week for them to finish this up. Last week we got within a day for this to happen.....but something happened and it didn't.
- They cannot even go outside the Green Zone....people are blowing them up.
- Q. What holding this up?
A. Now it's just Shabibi co-ordinating with those guys for the best time to do it.
- End of Shabibi's fiscal month is the best time....which is tomorrow morning, Monday or Tuesday....end of the month 30th or 31st would be his best time....would be middle of our Tuesday night....we would hear about it.
- Relax....we don't have too much more to go........We are pretty much done.
- They have to control the violence..... they do not have the security in place...........sooooo... if they give them money they will calm them down and make them happy. RVing would be the best way to diffuse the violence.
- All that is left to do.....is an ANNOUNCEMENT!
- Every day they go ....it is harder and harder for Iraq to do business.
- They do not have enough security, to NOT give this money. They've waited too long....it's going to take a few extra months just to get everything calmed down.
- Minimum the rate can be is $3.41 just to meet their budget.....so it will come in at anything above that.
- It did not RV Friday....so the Maliki rumour had to be wrong.
- They are fighting for power and the RV will not stop that....they will continue to fight for power even after it RV's.
We are trying to deal with people who are not rational.
That's why Sadam Huessien was effective....he said this is how it will be or you'll die.
Someone needs to be more forceful with these people, so they can get things done.
- Everybody has agreed on everything. WTO , all that, it just doesn't matter....it's ready to happen!
- Monday night 1PM our time....their books will have "0" zeroed out. That's the End of their fiscal year.
- In this last year they have been given Ultimatums a number of times.....Maliki's like a spoiled kid. Push him and he shoves back.....and doesn't do what he's supposed to.
- Q.How are they paying Kurds and Contractors if the budget isn't open?
Ans. This is why Randy thinks they will extend the DFI another 6 months so Iraq will have time to get on it's feet.
When they pay contractors, they are paid out of US dollars...with money set aside from previous years for that.
The private Banks in Iraq are trying to loan the people 5 million Dinar just so they can get by.
The Kurds are the only people in the world they can pay and not show the rate to, they are an exception to the rule.....but he thinks they too are being paid in US dollars to this point.
- They would have already paid people if they RV'd. If they tried to do it at 1170....it would break them.
- Randy feels because of the GCC common currency that the middle east is planning on having....that's why Iraq's Dinar needs to be around $4.00
- We are getting so close....if it takes them an extra 2 weeks who cares......but I really feel it will be sooner than that.
- They have all the Ministers voted in now.....the Articles all point to the fact they are in agreement.....
AND it is the end of their fiscal year.....they are ready
- They signed the Erbil agreement 2 AM last Monday.
- Randy thinks they wanted to do this end of May, which is the end of their fiscal year. It all points to that point.
- Randy doesn't see anything stopping this thing, except blowing up Parliament....and then it would only delay it a bit.
- Does Randy think Iraq's RV is tied to 109 other countries......he doesn't know......he knows there will be other currencies move.....but as to whether it has to be at the exact same time....that he's not sure of.
- Will we be held up because of the volumn of money being deposited? No you cannot cash in at the Federal Reserve.
- The same places that you have heard there will be problems cashing in your money, are the same sites that said it had RV'd on Friday. They are so full of it...it is BS there that there will be problems. Randy is tired of their fear mongering tactics. Go to the Bank they will make you fill out a 104 form....that is all. You want to go to the Private Banking part of the Bank.
- Every Bank that deals in foreign currency....after it RV's will deal with you.
Shop for the best deal with all Banks -- including with TY and Ali. Go for the best deal you can find.
- Rate info formula requested again:
89.1 billion dollars is their budget .....26.1 is official oil revenue....divide the 26.1 into the 89.1 and this gives you the minimum they need to come in at to cover their budget. $3.41 minimum.
- Q. Parliament coming back in on June 12th anything to do with RV?
Ans. NO.
- They have to RV their currency. Then they have to open their budget. Then they have to go from an Article 8 to an Article 9 in order to drop the DFI.
If they don't do this with a new rate....then they don't have any money to open their budget with!!
- The only thing you will be taxed on is Capital Gains. Get yourself a Tax Attorney and have him ask for a certified ruling....follow that......not what you are being told on any CC call.
- Randy says things look real good.........we are within a day of this thing taking off....a week at the outside.
- Randy says about Banking: You go get into a Private Banking area if you have over a million dollars.
Private Banking will insure up to 50 million dollars.
- Q. Someone asked if they raised their budget to over 100 billion?....Randy says yes.....so then you divide the 26.1 billion into that and get a new rate.....with a budget over 100 billion, yes it will then be a higher rate to break even.
Minimum $3.83 then.....+

Other than the US dollar, all the other currencies will move throughout the day.

- Randy says they are out of money....the Auction money is not enough to pay their people......oil is only going to do so much.....they cannot afford to get people blown up every time they want to do something.....Randy thinks they were just waiting til the end of this month to make it fiscally easier to manage their money. The best time is Right now!!
- Randy says we will likely be pressured by the Iraqi govn't to cash out in 90 days, so they can collect as much of the 25000 Dinar notes as they can........but our money will still be good after that.
- People don't need to worry what the Banks are going to do......it's going to be like any other currency.
- They need to RV....get stabilized....before the DFI can be dropped. That's why they need to RV now....so they can have protection for the next 6 months, thru the DFI with their creditors.
- Maliki 100 days up June 7th..... Not June 3rd
- We are in a perfect window right now.....end of their fiscal year....the easiest time to do their books!!
- Put up or shut up......people are tired of it....which is why they are blowing people up.....if they want to get any kind of sanity into this thing they need to deal with it now.
- Information is moving faster now than it did when Kuwaite RV'd....once this thing announced.....we'll be cashing in relatively soon after....not having to wait 10 days like when Kuwaite RV'd.
- Until this is over nobody ( Banks ) is going to talk to you right now.
