* Sheikh: Iraqi List did not receive notification to replace Allawi during his absence

According to a member Iraqi Fattah al-Sheikh that his list did not receive written notice of the Presidency of the parliament requires the replacement head of the list by Iyad Allawi, another candidate calls list.  He added that if the receipt of formal notification there will be a decisive stand on this issue, which some are trying to activate at a critical time.
The modern replacement for Allawi, days after announcing his intention to question al-Maliki in his capacity as deputy to the accusation of the President of the Iraqi government of using public money to devote his party and support the families and conduct demonstrations in favor of it.
The Presidency of the Council of Representatives announced earlier in the inclusion of eight, including the Vice-President of the Iraqi List, Iyad Allawi, the law of replacement of members because of absences from the parliament sessions. The decision of the House of Representatives Mohamed Khaldi said in an interview, “The Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided the inclusion of eight deputies, including the leader of the Iraqi List, Iyad Allawi, the law of replacement of members because of frequent absences from the parliament sessions” , noting that he “was informed subject to the resolution formally.”
The Khalidi that “the Presidency of the parliament will be the heads of blocks subject to the resolution and then brought before the House of Representatives to take legal action against them,” adding that “the deputy who is absent two thirds meetings of the legislative term to be replaced.”
He said al-Khalidi, a deputy from the Iraqi List, that “the current procedure is the right to deduct their salaries absent,” pointing out that “the House of Representatives pending consensus between the political blocs in order to apply the law of replacement organs.”
Article 19 of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives that the Attorney-absent to attend three consecutive meetings without a legitimate excuse is considered resigned.
